Christmas Barbeque...!!!

The baked goodies prepared for Christmas vanished in no time. And this yummy treat was followed by a long weekend. Which obviously demanded a special celebration. And what better way to uncoil than with family, food and laughter (lots and lots of laughter, thanks to my Brother-In-Law, who is an out of the world Storyteller), simmering glowing embers and of course, Barbeque...!!!

Cottage cheese, bell peppers, pineapple and mushrooms, onions, garlic, tomatoes, potatoes and the marinade, even the amazing December night of Hyderabad, all did their thing. And Boy! They all did it so well!

We were sitting in the soft glow of the beautifully decorated and decked up Christmas Tree, and the lighting was also in a relaxed holiday mood, so just one of the pics I took turned out decent enough for the blog. But I think that can tell its own story.
